My experience in the Orange program was meaningful and valuable. It was filled with excitement, nerves, and that special feeling of starting a new adventure. It allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and grow personally and professionally, since I arrived in a completely new place, knowing no one and relying only on myself.
Today, I can say that I have stability, independence, and the ability to support myself.
Over time, I formed new friendships, opportunities, and connections that are now an essential part of my life. In addition, thanks to the Orange program, I met the person who is now my husband, with whom I have built my life here in Tennessee. Today, I can say that I have stability, independence, and the ability to support myself.
Orange was not just a program, it was the beginning of a new stage that changed my direction for the better.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to tell you that this experience has been the best one I’ve had, as the opportunity it gave me is something I know I wouldn’t have found anywhere else, and it was a great help in my professional development. Through this experience, I met many people from different countries who became my friends, and I learned a bit about their cultures.
This opportunity helped me feel comfortable working in places I am not used to, whether because of the language or cultural differences. I am currently working at a restaurant that I used to visit often, never imagining it would become my current job, and I truly enjoy it. Thanks to this internship, my résumé now has real impact when employers look at my work experience.
